On the Cover plan, a permanent hire is a one-off A$250. There is no percentage of salary and no ongoing charge for that hire. The fee is non-refundable; if the instructor doesn't start or leaves within 4 weeks, we re-list and re-attempt the placement at no extra fee. On the Pro plan, permanent hires are included in the monthly price.

Yes. When you post a role you can add an optional minimum qualification. Instructors list their qualifications and upload them with their first aid and CPR, with expiry dates tracked automatically, so you can see who is Ready to hire.
A typical job board lists your ad and leaves the screening to you. FitMatchr is built for fitness, so applicants are instructors who have listed their specialities and uploaded their documents, and you can apply a minimum qualification up front. Agencies set their own fee structures; FitMatchr is a flat A$250 per hire on Cover, or included on Pro.
