Yes. Instructors can upload up to three short teaching videos (up to 90 seconds each) to their profile. Videos are optional. Studios can watch them when reviewing applicants, to see an instructor’s style, cueing and energy before booking a cover or hiring for a permanent role. Studios still choose and hire directly.
Pilates (Reformer, Mat, Clinical), Yoga (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and more), Personal Training (1:1, small-group, strength, HYROX coaching), and Group Fitness & Cycle (spin, HIIT, barre, bootcamp, HYROX classes). More verticals will be released in 2027.
Instructors upload their qualification and first aid/CPR certificate, and can add insurance if they have it. They enter the expiry dates and confirm the documents are genuine. FitMatchr tracks expiry and sends reminders at 30 and 7 days. If first aid or insurance lapses before a booked cover, the studio is warned early and the shift is re-opened in time to re-fill. Studios see the documents when they book, and can report one that looks wrong in the app. Studio ABNs are verified before they can post or book. Studios stay in control: review the documents and ask for anything extra your studio needs before you book.
Your first 3 months of covers are free. After that, choose a plan for each location. Cover is A$79/month (A$86.90 inc GST) for unlimited cover shifts, and each permanent listing is A$250 + GST when you publish it. Pro is A$149/month (A$163.90 inc GST) for unlimited cover shifts and unlimited permanent listings, with no Listing Fee once your first full Pro month is paid. Multi-site gyms get 15% off from the 3rd location. Instructors never pay.
Nothing. FitMatchr is free for instructors — no subscription, no fees, and we never take a cut of your pay. Studios pay you directly.
