Many gyms end up handling it with phone trees, group chats and a spreadsheet of casual instructors that nobody has time to keep current. Documents sit in inboxes, first aid expiry dates are tracked by memory, and a manager at one site has no idea who another site already trusts. Casual fitness instructors for gyms are out there, but finding them across locations and disciplines is the hard part.

Site-scoped logins give each location its own access. A front-desk iPad, for example, can act for its own site alone, so the team on the floor can post a shift at 5:45am without seeing, or changing, anything at another site. Head office keeps the full picture and each site keeps control of its own day.
When a class needs covering, the post goes instantly to qualified, available, nearby instructors matched by speciality. Applicants are ranked by reliability, you confirm in a tap, and you can raise the rate for urgent covers. Award-rate guidance (Fitness Industry Award) is shown as you post, as guidance only. For ongoing roles, post the schedule, rate range, experience and an optional minimum qualification. Instructors apply with a note, you read the applications and hire in the app. The same flow works for any location and any discipline, which makes it practical to hire fitness instructors for a new site, or to fill a standing timetable gap at an existing one.

If the instructor doesn't start or leaves within 4 weeks, FitMatchr re-lists the role and re-attempts the placement at no extra fee. That is a replacement, never a refund, and it is best-effort: we can't guarantee a suitable candidate will be available. On Pro, permanent hires are included.
Instructors upload their qualification (for example a Pilates certificate, yoga teacher training or a Cert III/IV in Fitness), first aid/CPR with expiry tracked automatically, and their bank and super details. When the paperwork is complete they are marked Ready to hire.
Your gym must be ABN-verified to see those documents and payment details, and they are handed over in the app only when an instructor is booked. The gym then pays the instructor directly; FitMatchr never pays instructors.
Instructors check in through a geofenced arrival check-in: within 50 m of the site, at least 10 minutes before class. If someone hasn't checked in, no-shows become objective and the site knows early. Check-ins feed each instructor's reliability score, which ranks applicants on your next post, and double-blind reviews mean neither side sees the other's review until both are in.

Yes. A site-scoped login, for example one on a front-desk iPad, can act for its own location alone. It can't see or change another site, so head office keeps oversight while each site handles its own gaps.
